Defiant

Since I'm busy preparing a couple of drawing-based birthday presents, my current drawing output is top-secret. So here's something from March which I haven't published before.

Really happy with this one. Turned a quick sketch into something interesting with dramatic shading. I think all the proportion practice is paying off too.

Just something quick and easy, aiming at simple expression and body language.

My last couple of faces lacked symmetry, so I went with the easier profile... I'll keep working at the front-on shots though :)
