I'm not going to have a chance to finish this till at least tomorrow afternoon, so just to show I have used the return of clear sight to get right back into drawing...

Update 8/7: Actually this is as much as I'm going to do with this picture. I'm leaving the shading as a mental exercise for the reader :)

I'm definitely enjoying the extra space. A5 was cramping my style and I didn't even know it :)
I'm really happy with how this one turned out. I think the surprise of the original really comes across. (So much for going to bed after the previous picture... this drawing stuff is really addictive!)
This was just intended to kill a little time before I headed off to bed, so I wasn't committed to actually finishing it, I just wanted to see how rough I was willing to leave a "finished" product.
